The role
You will make complex digital work easier to execute by protecting scope, coordinating contributors and keeping clients and delivery teams aligned from brief through launch.
What you will own
- Define project plans, milestones and responsibilities
- Coordinate developers, designers, marketers and clients
- Control scope, dependencies and delivery risks
- Maintain documentation and decision records
- Run progress reviews and unblock delivery
- Manage QA, approvals and launch readiness
- Improve the project operating system over time
What we are looking for
- Experience managing website, e-commerce or digital projects
- Ability to coordinate developers, designers and marketers
- Strong understanding of project scope, deadlines and deliverables
- Familiarity with CMS and e-commerce environments
- Strong documentation skills
- Experience using project management tools
- Excellent remote communication and coordination skills
